COM Fashion Friday- Embelished handmade elastic bracelet
This was super easy- Stretchy elastic fit to size then hot glued together. Rolled Rosette flowers from fabric, or ribbon, and embellished with stones and Swarovski Crystals. I made it to go along with the cute yellow rose ring I bought.
