{NEST} – Burlap {Painted} Pennant Banner
I worked on this PAINTED Pennant Banner this afternoon. Honestly, since I call my room the….
“SHABBY LOVE NEST” I can’t believe I didn’t think of this idea sooner. I TOTALLY LOVE it! and adore my shelf more now then EV-AH!
I first cut out a pennant shape from my cricut, I used the “Lyrical Letters” cricut cartridge for the pennant, and I cut it “Fit to Page!” so its pretty large. I then traced the pennant on burlap with a marker and cut the four shapes out. Then i cut out vinyl (i was being lazy and didn’t want to do the paper stencil) and then i placed the vinyl on the burlap (and it does stick) and with acrylic “Wicker White” paint I sponged the paint all over the burlap. Once dry I removed the vinyl and glued jute to the back.
WE NEST IN OUR COZY BEDROOM, AND IN OUR COZY BED!
THANKS FOR STOPPING BY! xo jen

I had to come comment, I noticed your nest pennant Friday, it’s adorable! I’m making a baby pennant today for my new Grandson’s shower. It’s just out of paper, but has been a lot of fun so far, I’ll probably post it next week on S&T Friday! Thanks for sharing! Debbie @ Cottage Hann~Me~Downs
