Herb Chicken Skillet with Spinach and Tomatoes

Dinner time is my favorite part of the day. It’s a time for me to sit around the dinner table, stare at all the people I love the most, and HELLO’.. EAT! … another favorite thing! Truly though, I once was told by one of my kids pediatricians that it’s important to have dinner around the dinner table. It creates not only a routine, but stability as well. Its a time to reflect upon your day with the people you care so much about. My family and I do some fun stuff around the dinner table.. “Best and Bestest Part of your Day?” and “Opposite Movie Titles” and you have to guess them. Anyway, like I mentioned its my favorite time of the day, and every one enjoys the chatter, and the food.
Believe it or not a lot of the seasonings I use when the hubs and I are cooking, are McCormick seasonings. Plus they are darn right good. Welp, I got to make a yummy McCormick dinner, from McCormick.com with their yummy recipe and McCormick seasonings. I made their Herb Chicken Skillet with Spinach and Tomatoes a fresh take on their top 10 most searched family dinners. For the seasonings we used McCormick Basil McCormick Black Pepper Ground, McCormick Garlic Powder, and McCormick Oregano Leaves. After making it and trying it, I can see why it was a top 10 most searched… YUM!

I have some fresh spinach coming later this week so this would be a great thing to use it on. An all in one dinner that is healthy for you.
I want to make the Lemon Rosemary Chicken. I’m such a sucker for Rosemary. Its my favorite spice.

My favorite spice has to be Pumpkin Pie Spice. It goes in everything from oatmeal to of course, pies.

The favorite McCormick spice at our house is cinnamon. As a matter of fact, we use it in so many dishes that I currently need to replenish my supply.
I use McCormick garlic powder and cinnamon the most – just not together 🙂
