Slow Cooked TACO chili Soup
THIS IS PERFECT FOR A COLD FRIGID WINTERS NIGHT!
Ingredients/Directions:
1lb cooked drained hamburger! (I season mine with a little onion flakes, salt, pepper, and a little chili pepper.)
1 can corn not drained 15 oz.
1 can light kidney beans not drained 15 oz.
1 can dark kidney beans not drained 15 oz.
1 can of chili with beans 15 oz.
1 can tomato sauce 15 oz.
1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz.
1 small can of green chilies
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 medium onioned chopped and cooked in 1 tbsp butter until translucent. Or you can use more onion flakes! add the cooked onion to the cooked hamburger.
1 1/2 c. of water
Mix everything together in slow cooker, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
I garnish mine with graded cheese cut up corn tortillas baked in oven at 375 sprayed with butter pam and cooked for 3 min. and a dollop of sour cream. Parsley flakes were for looks HA! but a little cilantro on top would work!
