Ingredients:
– 2 packages of Betty Crocker’s Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
– 1 1/4 cup of caramels
-1 cup of pecans
-2 tbsp of butter
-1 tbsp. of brown sugar
-1 tsp. of cinnamon
Directions:
Start by making up your cookie dough mix as the package’s instruct. Go ahead and put in your first batch of cookies. While your cookies are baking, chop up your pecans fairly fine. Then add your 1-2 tbsp of butter to a skillet and melt your butter add your chopped pecans your 1 tbsp. of brown sugar and 1 tsp. of cinnamon, cook over low-medium heat, mix everything around real good. You only need to cook the pecans until the butter is fully melted. Set the pecans aside. Next un-wrap all your caramels and stick them in a glass bowl, cook/melt them in your microwave for approximately 1-3 minutes. (just watch the caramels you don’t want them bubbling over!) once they are melted stir them up real good with a whisk. Your cookies should be done baking by now. While they are cooling add your drizzled caramels (from a whisk) over your cookies and sprinkle on some of your caramelized pecans.
Your Done!
These cookies are out of this world good. No need to make anything else. winks.
You all will enjoy these Caramel Pecan Snickerdoodle Cookies… I promise!
