I picked up this cute beach bag at Walmart for $ 5.00 dollars, they have tons of colors. I liked this sort of deep plum raspberry color. I kept looking at the bag, and thinking how much it needed something. So I EMBELLISHED it with fabric flowers.

here was THE BEFORE~ it needed some love. 😉

HERE IS A HOW TO~
I cut out my three layers of fabric for each flower. I started with adding hot glue to the center of the first flower, the bottom flower. I waited for a few seconds and then picked up the flower and pinched the underneath of the fabric to form some kind of texture/flower look. (I don’t sew)

like this here!!! Once you have done this. You will finish the other two layers of fabric by adding more hot glue and carefully pressing the fabric together.

Here are the two flowers all glued and ready. Finally you will add a generous amount of glue to the back of the flowers and apply it to the bag, wherever you think the flowers look best. Hold firmly for a few seconds. ALL DONE!

and we are Off to the beach, or water park…..
