I made this simple Paper Pennant Garland today. I had all the stuff so it was FREE! my kind of craft! I cut the Pennants out from the Lyrical Letters Cartridge for my cricut. The circles and the letters were both cut out from the Platinum Schoolbook Cartridge. Then I attached the circles and letters with a glue stick. Super Easy.

Then I aged it a bit with distress ink!

last I thread some ribbon I had through the pennant holes, then they were done.  I will hang it on my entry way mirror with hooks this November for Thanksgiving.
