DIY- HOME Stenciled Pillow with Bunting

 MY FIRST EVER “NO SEW PILLOW” woop-WOOP!!!

I started with a Canvas Corp. Canvas Pillow, then I used my Going Places Cricut Cartridge to cut out the Home “Fit to Page”. NOTE: {{the HOME isn’t perfect I did not have stencil sticky paper for my cricut nor did I use freezer paper. I used what I had at home “card stock” and all the letters were super clean and flawless but the “O” had a smudge “FRIK” so I had to improvise and make it all look like a messy type writer look. I wasn’t about to toss this project. I loved the teal home! WINKS!}}
Anyway, you can then see in the collage the other steps to completing it. Also I used the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge “Tall Ball” all caps. for the “HOME”

for the bunting I used grosgrain ribbon and cut the pennants out in the shape of a triangle. I used a lighter to seal the edges from fraying. I used hot glue to adhere it all onto the pillow.

I AM A NO SEW KINDA GIRL!!!

 the mini clothespins are from Canvas Corp. too.

FYI- this is certainly a no sleep on lay on pillow! IT’S solely for eye candy pleasure. Training kids now not to throw it, sit on it, stand on it, spill anything on it , or lay on it because the clothespins won’t feel to comfy.
HA!
