DIY Gone Glamping Stenciled Tote
Hey friends, I don’t know about the rest of you mamas, but I am so ready for summer. I just get to a point where I am tired of the rig-a-ma-row of every morning, finding shoes, getting them going, and out the door, etc. I just want my babies home where they are safe and not getting sick too. I know school is very important and getting an education is key, but I am just done! time for some summer camp outs, smores, water fights, sunburns, pool parties, ice pops, watermelon, wet pads, late nights and more.
So I was sent this awesome box of fabric from the totally awesome Online Fabric Store. I got to pick out the fabrics I wanted, (more on that whole bit in another post hint- master bedroom makeover) and along with my fabric, I picked out a cute burlap tote. I thought the tote would be so cute for summer.
That said, I got busy on creating my summer tote, and I just love it. I can live vicariously through my cute camper tote, since I’m pretty sure I will never own a real one to transform. I just love cute vintage campers all re-furbished and dolled up.
I used my Cricut “Going Places” cartridge to cut out my camper stencil. I want to make more with the cute stencil- i.e. tees, a cute sign, and more. I just think its the cutest camper silhouette ever.

So here is my
DIY Gone Glamping Stenciled Tote
I love how big the bag is, and that it is lined inside too.
I taped off my stencil and got busy. I had to do extra taping here and there to get the different colors I wanted. The cute canvas flowers I used to hot glue to the bag are from Canvas Corp. I also added some orange ribbon trim, that too was hot glued down.
I am Going Glamping see ya…..
I hope you all love it as much as me. It was a pretty easy project, and the results will totally make you smile.
Thanks for stopping in.
Hugs, jen

I love this idea. You can never have enough bags when you go camping and to have a lovely pink trailer… well my girls would love it. I’ll share it amongst my camping fans on http://www.inspiredcamping.com
Thanks for sharing Jen. Brilliant camping inspiration.

Any chance you would want to make one to sell. Looking for something like this for my friends birthday.
