I made this mini wicker wreath with a mini paper pennant. The cute paper and mini clothes pins are from Canvas Corp. I had the silk flowers, that I just pulled apart and  made much smaller. I hot glued the flowers to the wreath, and tied the pennant to the sides.

I will show you all were this cutie goes inside my house, once I get all my Patriotic decor done.
