Cookie Sheet Advent – your kids will LOVE!

NOW ALTHOUGH I have been racking my mind with a thousand different versions of ADVENTS to make… as well as wanting to come up with a more classic clean HOME DECOR type Advent…. I was thrilled when I found my Advent calender I made last year stashed in my closet with the goodies all in a shoe box. Yeah, now with the busy holiday I won’t fuss with making one this year! 😉

THIS ONE IS SURE TO PUT A SMILE ON THE KIDDOS FACES…. Its fun and whimsical. My little girl came out of her room and saw it on the counter and stopped and stared and stared and stared…… then asked to have some of the games. soon I told her 😉

HOW TO:
I used the back of a cookie sheet.
I painted it with red barn acrylic paint and let dry.
I cut scrap paper to size and mod podged it on.
I let the mod podge dry.
I then traced lines with a ruler and a black sharpie marker.
I added the numbers.
Then with $ dollar goodies I one by one hot glued magnets to the backs of the goodies and let dry.

I figured out a placement for the goodies and then numbered them on the backs to know what spot they would magnetize too.

ON CHRISTMAS DAY…. they get to open a box, with some goodies in it. I am going to add some chocolate in there too.

AND A PHOTO OF THE KIDDOS TO GO IN THE ORNAMENT AND HANG ON THE TREE!

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY AND HAPPY CRAFTING!
