Halloween Cupcake Liner Topiary
Here is my Halloween CupCake liner Topiary Tree. (If you remember my Fire Cracker Topiary its pretty much made the same.) I know I know, some of you have been giving me a hard time 😉 ON Halloween crafts, but this is how I GET AROUND A holiday… “CRAFTOMANIAC CRAZED” for Holiday Crafts…… I am only trying to inspire and give you all a good head start. WINKS! REMEMBER I HAVE A craft disorder.
supplies needed. I did paint the terra cota pot~ Wicker White
HOW TO:
You will start by folding up the cupcake liner’s and adding some hot glue to the bottom. Then using another dowel I would place the cupcake liner on the ball and push down on it with the dowel. You don’t want to burn your fingers.
I started hot gluing the cupcake liner’s to the base {FIRST} onto the styrofoam ball. It was easy with it wedged between my knees holding it in place.
then after most of the bottom and middle is filled in, I started with the very top, filling it in everywhere until I was done.
I stuck styrofoam down in the pot and then stuck the dowel and topiary ball down into it.
I added shredded crinkle paper to fill in the pot.
then I hot glued a large orange button to the center of the bow.
When you are all done, you can look and see if any spots need to be filled in. You will fill in spots that may look bare or that show styrofoam. YOU will want it real full looking.
and ALL DONE! I vow to never make one again…. it was time consuming and I even took a break making it. 😉 (well will see anyway)
THANKS SO MUCH FOR LOOKING!
Soooo cute! I love the way it came out!
Super cute! That’s like making the coffee filter wreath- takes time but so worth it!
That is so cute, I don’t want to make one (‘cos of the time consuming thing) but I may have to… you are such an enabler! 😉
Oh my goodness this is ADORABLE! I WILL be making one of these! I already have lots of occasions that I can make these for .. you’re a craft genius! 😉

Oh so cute. I’ve never made one of these before. I will have to give it a try. Do you know how many liners you need? PS. I’m not tired of the Halloween crafts yet haha. Have a great day
That is so cute! I’m going to give it a try but on a small ball and if it’s not so bad maybe I’ll try it on a larger one. Tfs and have a great day. 🙂
This is awesome, I’ve done ribbon ones but not one with liners. I love it! I’d love for you to show it off and link up with us this week!

Adorable!! I have lots of liners..maybe I’ll make an ‘everyday topiary’ 🙂
I used cupcakes liners to make a 4th of July wreath. Just use push pins, red/white/blue liners together with a form wreath. Easy —
I love this! I want to try this and the Halloween treat wreath this weekend! I will post what I get accomplished! HOpefully a lot. I haven’t been able to craft in months. All my time has been consumed by remodeling our new home and then moving!!

So cute . . . and versatile! You could do this with any type of cupcake/muffin wrapper.

this looks great. i have no idea why people would be giving you a hard time for making halloween crafts, b/c these are probably the same people who will start talking about xmas before halloween is even here, and will still be talking about it in january!
Oh my goodness that is such a fun idea! I love how full the cupcake lines make it and that it is a sizable decoration without being too expensive. I love topiaries, I could use two of these for my mantle! Thanks for the idea and for linking to A Crafty Soiree.
Thanks so much for sharing
